Oh man......when I saw Dilana getting carried out there for her performance, I almost died with laughter.......how frickin' pathetic!!!.... Who is she Tiny Tim from that Christmas movie????....."God bless us everyone"......Give it a rest sister!..... If she can half pogo on one foot, she certainly could have hobbled out there on her own, and made less of a spectacle..... is she going for the sympathy vote?? FAKER!!!! Lukas can't sing....and I know he won't go home tomorrow night before Magni...but wouldnt it be quite the "water cooler" event to send him packing tomorrow night!! ......I think so...... Toby really seems cool, and easy to get along with...and if they were gonna pick a guy, I bet it would be him....although I really think they will take a chick...and that leaves Storm!!! later kids  down to the nitty gritty
ALL RIGHT PEOPLE.... with Patrice gone, we are in for some serious competition!.... This is the best of the best, and it should be exciting to see how it all unravels... Magni really tore the roof off the sucka with "Fire" by Hendrix!!... I dug the crap outta that song choice, and he rocked it like a Flintstone wheel!... Kudos!.... Although, I think he will be gone next weeek, they will probably use the ole, he has a family in Iceland excuse, to play it safe. Supernova's second original song is way better than the first one, in the guitar riff department! ....It kicked off rocking with that driving riff, which was also the verse riff... The vocal melody [during the verse] seems to need a good tweaking, unless thats Toby's version that seems out of time, i dunno...... The chorus is kinda cool.....Still, not too memorable of a song tho..... just waay better than last weeks track! Storm has been my pick from the beginning....but home girl needs to settle down a bit with her arms-flailing crazy actions....it seems a bit corny. ...She is probably one hell of a Cover band front woman, that keeps the crowd into it the entire night... The only problem with that is, crazy moves that go over awesome in front of a drunk partying crowd, seem a bit odd on national television, when the majority of us are sober on our couches!...and, I am not talking about what she does during her performances, I am referring to what she is starting to do before commercials, and just standing there in the bottom 4 or what-have-you......... simma-down-now! later party peeeple whats missing this year????
THE WARMTH!!!! is whats missing this year. Maybe its because INXS was a band before "Rockstar" and they will be a band after "Rockstar".....or maybe it's because three of INXS are brothers. But something was more warm last year... What happened to the ole, "Come over here and give us a proper goodbye" on the elimination episodes (that was the bearded dudes special thing to say)...and also last year, they made the house band seem so important, and gave them many many kudos...and this year you hardly even know they are back there! burr it's cold in herre check please?? no thanks!
Patrice is gone like the wind....her song was just "ok" for me, it was actually the only time during a performance this whole season that I walked into the kitchen, and didn't feel the need to pause or rewind my TiVo!!! buh-bye Magni did just "ok" as well ..and for some reason I feel that Lucas will also find himself in the bottom tomorrow.. My bottom 3...Patrice, Magni, and Lucas, with the hatchet falling on Patrice! Ryan really impressed me with his song, it made Patrice's song sound like first level songwriting 101....as in anybody that CAN write, COULD write that! Storm did really good, and I liked her in that blue shirt when she did her interview [yowza]...anybody else notice that she gets a lot of interview time??? Dilana did really good as well, and the way that she looked tonight, was the first time that I thought of her as a pretty chick, rather than just a tough-ass rocker...it must be that straight long hair that gets me. Why do all of Jasons comments end with a question mark???? He's all; "So, tell me, how did it feel to blah blah frickin' blah blah....?????" gizzary Rex.....what gives with this picture????
Who is that chick on my profile pic????? Sure she's pretty enough, but, it's not me!! When I started my blog, I posted a pic of me [you know, a good one....not too fat, not too bald...haha] but then after my third post or so, it got mysteriously changed to fireworks....and now after a weeks vacation, I come back to this hot little chickee on my profile....and I dont have the computer savy to change it back!!!! what gives? Supernova's new song sucks like a brand new vacuum!!!
ok....just got back from vacation, and watched the elimination episode on TiVo....That new Supernova song is so LAME!! I thought Tommy Lee was gonna try to be in something edgy and hip,and this sounds like retreaded crap! My guess is, is that Gilby wrote those remedial guitar riffs [yeah he never wrote anything in Guns and Roses, so just because he played with them doesnt mean that he could write a riff as good as 'Sweet Child' or 'Welcome to the Jungle'] and thats why they sound so un-hip and dated... LAME-O!!!! While watching them perform their silly new song, I couldnt help but think that if James and Lars from Metallica were watching, that they would be laughing their asses off at Jason with his new cheesey band!! This new album will not even hold a candle to anything by Metallica, or Motley, or Guns.....hell, it won't even hold a candle to Warrant, or Poison!! Like I said before Gilby is just the wrong guitar player for this band!! We finally got rid of Zaheeeeeeeeda, but I thought Patrice should have gone first...she is just boring as all get out, and her voice is not very appealing at all.....snooze fest! later bitches :: Next Page >> |
