I am CERTAINLY more curious about that than am I am to "hear" what Phil Ritchie would have sung next week.
So... Let Mark Burnett have his fun.
Maybe the Latino community is rallying behind one of their own and HONDA has weighed in and said... "Keep the Puerto Rican... Our sales of CIVICS are up 33%." Besides... IF they ever need a female spokesperson for The "FIT"... well Cat Woman need not apply. Zayra has this one all 'zipped up' or painted on or however the hell she got into that thing Tuesday night.
MARK BURNETT is FAMOUS for keeping the annoying, "should have been gone in the first week -disaster waiting to happen", around about 2 or 3 weeks longer than anyone ever thought he would. IF you ever saw The Apprentice - Season 1, I am referring to SAM... The little neebish in a bow tie and of course let's not forget Omorosa.
SO... We know there will be a Train Wreck of some sorts next week and I for one, want a front sofa seat.
NOW... about Phil and BLISSFUL IGNORANCE - REVISITED
I guess the "opposite" of that would be... COGNITIVE ARROGANCE (at least that 'sounds' good)
PHIL RITCHIE - Before he knew that he was the one to go, when it was just him and Zayra standing there said... "I really want to WIN this." At which point Gilby looked at him and said... Do you want to "WIN" this, or do you want to be a part of our band?
After he was told that he would be the one to go... He repeated, immediately after Tommy had just said, "We Question your Commitment." Any "normal" person when given a chance to say a few parting words to SuperNova, the first thing out of their mouth would have been... "WOW! I REALLY DID "WANT" to be in your band!"

But what was the first thing out of Phil's mouth... "WOW! I really did want to WIN this."
And now that sets up my sermon of the day... RockStar 1 vs. RockStar 2
BLISSFUL IGNORANCE VS. COGNITIVE ARROGANCE
All of the contestants last year came WANTING to be the new lead singer for INXS.
This year (because they are no longer Blissfully Ignorant) I believe the majority of these Rockers came wanting to be on a Reality TV show and would have been just as happy to try out for Big Brother or Fear Factor or The Bachelor or in Zayra's case... maybe even Project Runway.
PHIL is a perfect example... His mindset was that we wanted to WIN this, and even when reminded by Tommy Lee he could not help but repeat the same thing. I wouldn't exactly call it a "Freudian" slip but, essentially it is the same thing. It exposed Phil for who he was and what his true motivations were and the minute he did that... I was alright with Zayra staying another week and SuperNova getting rid of someone who wants to be a Reality TV Star... NOT a Rock Star!
And personally... I am ecstatic, that I don't have to hear Phil sing again!
